How Noble Aircraft Detailing handles the information you send through the quote form, by email, phone or text.
Effective: October 21, 2026
Who we are
Noble Aircraft Detailing LLC ("Noble", "we") is an aircraft detailing business based in Boston, Massachusetts. You can reach us at theo@nobleaircraftdetailing.com or (978) 702-7643.
What we collect
When you request a quote through the form on /book, we receive what you type in:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The aircraft's tail number and, if you give it, the aircraft type
- The airport, the service you want, and the takeoff date and time
- Your job description, such as where the aircraft is parked and its condition
The form also records the address of the page you sent it from. If you call, text or email us instead, we receive what you send that way.
Where it goes
- Google Sheet and email. The form sends your details through a Google Apps Script to a Google Sheet that only Noble uses, and to our email inbox.
- Backup email service. If that fails, the form sends the same details by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service.
- Your own email app. If both fail, the page offers to open a pre-filled email in your own email app. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
Google and FormSubmit process the data under their own terms and privacy policies.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the job, send before and after photos, and invoice you. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Who we share it with
Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the form services that deliver it: Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, and FormSubmit.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for 2 years, then deleted. Customer and invoicing records are kept for as long as tax records require.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing theo@nobleaircraftdetailing.com. We will do so unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
